For purchases from the Business Framework Shop, I understand that the product provides a structured business-outreach and data-organization framework and may include a directory or example collection of real, publicly available business profiles or contact information. Such information is raw public information and is not represented as guaranteed buyers, active customers, exclusive contacts, verified purchasing intent, hot leads, prequalified prospects, or pre-warmed leads. Responses, appointments, conversions, customers, revenue, profits, and other business outcomes are not guaranteed. I am solely responsible for independently verifying public business information before using it and for ensuring that my calling, emailing, texting, marketing, data handling, and other outreach activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, industry requirements, consent requirements, and Do Not Call requests. For purchases from the College Education Shop, I understand that the materials provide general educational information about college navigation, academic planning, transfer concepts, accelerated or self-paced learning formats, cost awareness, productivity, graduate education, and related academic topics, depending on the tier purchased. Stupay Institute LLC does not guarantee admission, transfer-credit acceptance, accreditation status, financial aid, scholarships, tuition savings, graduation by a particular date, degree completion, employment, licensing, or any other academic or professional outcome. College policies, transfer rules, residency requirements, tuition, accreditation, program requirements, and graduation requirements can change and differ between institutions. I am responsible for verifying all information directly with the applicable institution, accreditor, regulator, licensing body, or other official source before making academic or financial decisions. Payment is due in full through the payment method displayed after I accept these terms. My order is not considered paid or confirmed until Stupay Institute LLC verifies that the complete payment has been received and cleared. The purchased product will be delivered electronically according to the delivery timeframe displayed for that specific product or order. I am responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking my inbox, spam, junk, and promotional folders. Because these are reproducible digital products, all confirmed sales are final and nonrefundable after the purchased files or access instructions have been delivered, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. A change of mind, failure to use the product, dissatisfaction with lawful and accurately described content, lack of desired results, or failure of third parties to respond does not by itself create a right to a refund. I agree to contact Stupay Institute LLC at 708-907-1520 regarding any genuine payment, order, or delivery issue and allow the business a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue. I agree not to knowingly misrepresent an authorized and properly fulfilled transaction as unauthorized, fraudulent, undelivered, or materially different from its accurate description. Nothing in this agreement prevents me from truthfully reporting actual unauthorized activity, actual non-delivery, or exercising any legal right that cannot be waived. All original guides, frameworks, templates, written materials, designs, branding, organization, and instructional content remain the intellectual property of Stupay Institute LLC. My purchase provides a limited license for my own personal, academic, or internal business use, as applicable. I may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, reproduce, sublicense, share, give away, or claim the purchased materials as my own. These products do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, accreditation, admissions, licensing, or other professional advice. By actively checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all terms applicable to the specific product identified in my order. I authorize the displayed one-time payment and consent to electronic records and digital delivery.
